Princess names

So I'm about to have baby number 4 which will be a girl. I have two boys and a girl already My little girl is named after a Disney princess (Aurora) . For my next little girl do I pick another princess name or something random. People keep telling me it's a bit harsh not to name the next one after a princess as it may seem less special for the one with the none princess name.

I donā€™t think it makes her less special, I donā€™t even see Aurora as a princess name in the first place. Name baby number 4 whatever you want, no one can tell you what ā€œthemeā€ you should have. Did your 2 boys have matching themed names? xx

up to you but Anastasia is a lovely name imo!

I donā€™t think it would make her less special at all. I assume your boys arenā€™t named after princes or princesses so their logic is already a bit flawed šŸ˜‚ If you love a princess name for her then absolutely go for it, but donā€™t feel like you have to just because a few people said you should x

My little princess would say definitely name her Belle šŸ˜

Your baby, your choice. To me Aurora isnā€™t a princess name, itā€™s the Northern Lights/Aurora Borealis. Would you then feel the need to name your other daughter after other solar activity?

Belle (my favourite princess) or Jasmine would be nice

I donā€™t think it matters! I think if there is another name you like, you can still tell her why you like it and why it was special. Plus Aurora isnā€™t just a ā€œprincessā€ name. However, Odette is a beautiful name (Swan Princess). But donā€™t force the theme, find what you love

I donā€™t think you have to go with another princess name. Not everybody will even associate Aurora with a Disney princess.

@Aimee my boys are both named after people from our favourite show so they sort of follow a theme

@Brielle ooh I like Odette thank you

I'm stuck between two names one is a princess name the other isn't so trying to help myself make up my mind

I love the idea both girls are princess names bc theyā€™re both your little princesses but I think thatā€™s just me being so girly since having my daughteršŸ˜…

@Steph Iā€™m sorry but this comment made me howl!!!

Ariella sounds nice with Aurora it sounds princessy too. Weā€™ve got an Isabella she gets called Belle but I donā€™t think itā€™s harsh to not name her after a princess

@Tasha I agree with Tasha. Ariella would be a perfect name to go with her sister Aurora

I like Merida. I watched Brave today šŸ¤£ Ariel and Raya are cute too.. Ariel and Aurora would be my pick I think

@Rachelle thatā€™s so funny me and my son watched brave today too! šŸ»

@amy I certainly did not.

You could Nala she is technically a princess if Sunna is the future (a prince)

Irenee is the princess in black cauldron, Alura is the princess on Voltron, Brea is from Dark Crystal, Aura,

Totally curious what the boys names are and the names you're considering because I think the flow of the sames has a big impact too

I would say yes, but that's cuz my girl also has a Disney princess name

Yes to Odette! šŸ¦¢
