What to use for baby skin?
My little girl has had some rashes come out recently to some foods. The rash has pretty much cleared up but she has small spots over her neck and it’s dry. What can I use to clear this up?

My little girl was told to use a 0 base cream we use epaderm can buy off the shelf xx
Subocream or other barrier creams. Don't use anything that has fragrance in it x
