Possibly swallowed lego!

Im waiting for a call back from 111! And i think you guys will be faster 😂 my daughter possibly has swallowed lego. She came up to me and pointed to her mouth . It was my fault. She has an older brother who was playing with it and usually shes very good at not putting things in her mouth but she did come up to me very worried and trying to tell me she put something in her mouth. Do i take her hospital for an xray or let it pass
