12 month old settling with everyone but me!
Does anyone else feel like their 12 month old settles with everyone but them? I’ve recently gone back to work full time and stopped breastfeeding so my mum has been spending more time with my little and babysits whilst I’m at work. But I just can’t help but feel like he’s started to prefer my mom over me 😔, he just doesn’t settle with me as quick or doesn’t seem to want to play with me like he does with my mum and he just feels extra fussy with me to the point where he settles instantly with my partner or family members.
Am I the only feeling like this, what am I doing wrong?
Not quite the same, but LO is definitely a lot more chilled when with daddy. If just daddy is in the room, he will happy just play, as soon as I go in he wants to be held, pulls at me and my top, bites me etc. You’re absolutely not doing anything wrong, I think babies just form a different type of relationship with each care giver, and the fussiness is maybe the only way he can communicate how he feels about the changes like you going back to work, etc
