First hangout location
I’m supposed to meet a new mom for the first time but I have no idea what to do or where to go. I haven’t ever hung out as friends with a mom besides family. She lives an hour away so I’d rather meet in the middle somewhere. And it’s super cold outside so I’d rather do something indoors. Any ideas? My baby is 18 months and hers is 9 months

So open your maps and zoom in on the “middle area” and see what around. Cafes, a mall, museum, zoo, just go to a mall have brunch scroll around and window shop. Have a look at what mall is in the area. Playcentre is great too. I’ve met at all those depending on where and at what time (some I met at night only no kids) my first was met at ikea the most recent one was kid-free at a Thai restaurant for dinner. Also- ask her.
Maybe there’s a play center in the mall of course there will be other kids too so need to watch your kids closer but may be a place to meet up or google places where you will meet her at and see what’s available to do indoors that won’t cost an arm and a leg.
