38 weeks 2 days

I am currently pregnant with baby number two and am currently packing my hospital bag before going to L&D. I had an appointment last week and was measuring ahead at 39 weeks, 2 cm dilated and effaced and very soft. For the last 1.5 hours I have been having contractions ranging from 2-5 minutes apart. Really hoping this is it but if they decide to send me home I’ll be okay with that too
