Understanding opk’s
Sorry if this is a silly question, but once I have my peak on the OPK and then the line slowly starts to fade on tests after - does that mean my egg has been released or just that the LH in my system isn’t as strong?
Yesterday I got a solid peak line, today is it weaker than yesterday? Just a little bit confused about whether I have actually ovulated based on the test results.

You want to have sex the day of peak and 2 days after to make sure you catch the egg incase you ovulate later. The only way of knowing when exactly you ovulated is tracking bbt or through a blood test 8 days after peak x

Also remember sperm can live up to 5days so bd before on and after for optimal chances
