My little one loves banana spears rolled in hemp hearts. I think it should be fine as long as you introduce ingredients one at a time first to check for an allergies. You can use the solid starts data base to check foods. https://solidstarts.com/foods/?utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=google-ads&gad_source=1&gbraid=0AAAAAqMwPx5J8EBBnI3hwld-SOksgJLFA&page=1 It’ll only let you search a few for free each day I think? But you can always ask your husband to make a little extra meat dish and freeze it on small portions.
we are vegan and she has meat alternatives every so often. i dont think we started giving them until closer to a year old though. when my daughter was younger she loved lentil dhal or chickpea curry (i'd blend chickpea curry at that age). she also loved blended chilli (i just did onion, garlic, peppers, chopped tomatoes, tomato purée and seasoning, no salt). tomato pasta was also always a hit, and we often did different veg blended into the sauce too. tofu is a good one to try too!
@Emmo what was in the sauce? looks yummy!
@keisha courgette, tomato and onion roasted with olive oil and mixed herbs then blended with chickpeas and a little passata to loosen it up
@Emmo lovely thank you!
@Emmo thank you! Your posts all look really good, I’ll definitely try some of these xx

I've been giving (limited) faux meats and tofu. If you look at my posts here they're all veggie 🙂
