How old are your little ones and do they eat baby food yet?! Im dying for my 4 month old (18 weeks) to eat fruits but her dr has only approved rice cereal with a bit of apple sauce.

My baby is 4 months and he’s eating baby oatmeal and fruit or veggie purées. We’ve tried peas and avocado so far but that’s it! Our doctor said we could do any fruit or veggie but to not mix more than one together until he’s older.
I have an 18 week old baby and I only have let her lick the inside of a grape held by me, nectarine, and banana. But again only lick. And I’m holding it. She sucks a bit on it but I’m monitoring it. We haven’t ingested anything yet
Baby will be 5 months on the 25th. We're waiting until around 6 months. ☺️

My baby is 5 months (almost 23 weeks). She is only eating baby oatmeal right now. She hated the rice cereal. We will be starting purees soon. Maybe in a week or so.
