Milk allergy weaning

My baby is teething now and I will starting to feed her food soon. She has a cow milk allergy and I would really benefit from some non-dairy meal prep ideas 🙏 I am already thinking puréed veggies but are there any other suggestions x

Stews but all mushed up are great, you can basically prep most meals you'd ordinarily cook for yourself and your family and just change any diary items for dairy free I.e milk, butters and cheese have many great alternatives, that's what I did with my son with his allergy, just make sure its all mushed up for their age, only thing I'd say is just check packages if you use any pre packaged seasonings etc x

Literally anything but with dairy free stuff like oat milk or soya milk. Dairy free butter some butters are dairy free anyways. My little one has it and we literally will eat the same things if I’m doing mash I just make it with the non dairy butter. If she’s having porridge I use soya milk or oat milk. If I’m doing pancakes again I use soya milk. It’s literally so simple. I did a quiche yesterday and just did it with plant based cheese.

My baby is suspected cmpa and it's honestly been easy, I i just substitute any dairy products for suitable alternatives! Get yourself a good weaning recipe book, such as "what mummy makes" or an Ella's kitchen one
