If you’re making your own baby food you want to make it slightly thin to avoid them choking At least that’s what I’ve heard. But I have my six month old a puree labeled for 8 month olds and she did fine.

Thank you

Solid starts was a great app when my LO was starting to eat purées and foods to know what size/form/etc is appropriate at which ages

Did you add some to the carrots? Or was it soft enough? I’m wanting to make my baby his own carrots this weekend

@Kelcey thank you

My almost 7 month old will not eat food. He makes a terrible face like I’m feeding him poison and then spits everything out. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Either way . You can make more of a puree or give it to them in feeding pacifier or small chunks they can smash with their tongue

We didn’t add milk to any of the food we made but btw banana can cause young babies to become constipated so be careful how much you give them

Depends on what your baby likes. My 6 month old dosent like the texture of purees so I add texture to them and and I mash up the bananas and potatoes avocados and he's fine
