Banana pancakes are quite easy. They're 1 Banana (mashed), 1 egg (mashed with banana), 2 heaped tablespoons of plain flour mixed together. Fried in some butter/oil. My daughter also loves an omelette, we have an omelette maker, and you can get creative with the fillings. She also loves spag bol. Can hide veggies in there if you puree them or cut up small. She also enjoys things like tuna pasta, and veggie soup/puree with cheese on toast x

I need ideas too! Making same things on a cycle, I need some diversity here 😂 I make: Chicken tenders - bread in garlic herbs breadcrumbs Mini Turkey meatballs, sometimes with penne noodles Mini hamburger patties, sometimes on mini slider buns Mini salmon patties - mash up a baked salmon and create mini patties Egg salad - mash boiled egg with coconut milk and seasonings Baked potato wedges - lots of seasonings for good flavor Steamed veggie - broccoli, green beans Mini egg quiches, mini pancakes, pumpkin bread - for breakfast
I've started an Instagram sharing meal ideas that I make for my 21 month old with a dairy allergy. Most things can be made with dairy if wanted too. Everything is easy and very budget friendly, check it out @aaricstummy
