Baby led weaning information

Any good books or podcasts for preparing for introducing solids? I like the concept of baby led weaning. We’re still just over a month away but I’m the sort of person who has to research and prepare for stuff 😅

"what mummy makes" by Rebecca Wilson or any of her other books, basically stuff you can make for you and baby/whole family so you don't have to cook multiple things. Also solid starts app.

The Solid Starts app is great - you can search by food and it tells you how to safely serve it.

I started this week and just pured different fruit he’s 5 months and he wouldnt leave me alone was so interested in my food I just made Greek yoghurt and bananas and m then mango xxx

SR nutrition does a good book with recipes and options for both purées and baby led

I was exactly the same with my first, felt a bit anxious about wanting to know EVERYTHING about it before I started 😅 Joe Wickes lean in 15 podcast is fab, it’s with Charlotte Stirling Reed who’s a nutritionist who does loads of weaning stuff in the UK. Gave me loads of confidence, he has a book too which has recipes in but I found the podcast most useful for prep pre-weaning then solid starts app once I started xx
