Meal prep for freezing.

I’m finding I’m constantly buying Tupperware as my baby eats more to meal prep and freeze as I need bigger sized containers. I have used ice cube trays and taken out as many cubes as I want but I just find this hard to gage how many I need to take out. Any other suggestions?

He is now 3 and we still use them for food storage in the freezer for quick meals on week nights

@Naomi I guess you must serve something alongside what goes in these? as they don’t hold very big portions.

Yeah so i use these for a pasta sauce, curry, stew, dhal, chilli etc. Then just chuck pasta, rice, veggies on the hob quickly. Our freezer isn’t massive so can’t freeze an entire meal.
