Mum friendly Job sites/companies

I’m due to go back to work in 2 weeks and have a fairly well paid job that requires me to travel quite a lot. The company isn’t supporting me and I just need out. Can anyone recommend any mum friendly companies that would allow wfh with a little one if ever needed or are quite family orientated please? Or job sites I could have a look at? Thank you!
