Tenderstem broccoli is great for keeping them happy. Sometimes I take an egg with me and smash it up . Or just buy a food pouch it's not very often so dosent matter. Its naughty but he loves chips obvs without salt. If I have anything I can mash on my plate I give him it . I just taste it first and if it dosent taste salty I go for it. Its only once every other week if that so I don't worry too much.
You could take some healthy veggie soup out with you in a thermos flask to keep it warm or even some maccaroni cheese. Could even take a cheese sandwich or something if you want to prepare lunch for baby yourself. You can ask restaurants to make baby some scrambled eggs with no milk or salt added to it, and I usually take some healthy biscuits and fruit out with me in the changing bag. Ella's kitchen also do some coconut milk yohurts in pouches that don't need to be refrigerated which are good for emergencies. I always make sure to take a spoon with me too x
I use the premade pouches that can be eaten hot or cold.
My go to is toast! You can always take your own topping like a pot of hummus maybe. I always take a yoghurt too and maybe some fruit
Depends where you are going in a supermarket I usually grab a pasta salad and some prepped fruit, most restaurants will do something suitable or I'll just give him bits off our plates. Done salt and sugar is fine just balance it out that of the week. We went to nandos the other day so I got him the Mac and cheese and cucumber sticks probably had some salt but he loved it and everything I make at home has no salt do it should be fine
