HELP….! DOG IN BALCONY.
I don’t know what to do, this dog had been outside idk how long ago since weather been bad I haven’t been in my balcony. But this week I been having out in my balcony and I saw this since yesterday they haven’t give him water or food…. What can I do ? He or she sleep outside too and as you can see he poops and pees in the balcony I’m feel so sad since I’m a Dog MOM how can help him or her I try growing treats so at less he eats something but idk how to give him water he haven’t had water since 2 days ago. Any advice?

He’s super far away from my balcony I been throwing some stuff for him but I miss most of it. But I call animal control and they are going to come check.
Ok but if you still haven’t seen humans going in and out of the apartment at all you should call the police and do an actual welfare check. Like what if the owners died? Animal control isn’t always super quick to act, unfortunately.
You could try calling a general welfare check on the neighbors who own him. If you haven’t seen anyone let him in or out and know there hasn’t been any food or water for him for days that’s concerning especially if you also haven’t seen movement from the humans in the house at all.
