What does your LO eat in a day?

Could you please share typical things you give your 14/15 month old in a day? Eg what kinds of things do they have for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks? Thanks!

Breakfast: porridge (cow and gate banaNa one but I use cows milk ) Snack: veggie muffins or a fruit pouch or some organic crisps ect. Lunch: either cream cheese on toast or what I call picnic food e.g. scotch eggs, chicken bites, sausage rolls ect. Snack: carrot and cheese biscuits, or fruit or organics flapjack bites Dinner: whatever we eat but he loves jacket potato and beans or spaghetti bolognese

My 15 month old ate today 5oz cows milk Breakfast- 1/2 hot cross bun with butter, a yogurt and a banana Snack was a pack of wotsits Lunch was 1 potato waffle 1 fish finger and peas, then had some strawberries and a little bit of a brownie Snack in the afternoon was a few raisins and shared quavers with his dad Tea was a big helping of shepards pie with brocoli and gravy followed by another yogurt Then he only had 1oz cows milk before bed (Everyday is different but we always tend to do easy breakfast like toast, scotch pancake, crumpets or cereal) lunch can vary but something fairly easy and then tea is usually homemade tea that we all eat xx

What my little boy had today! Breakfast - Bitesize shredded wheat with milk, blueberries, strawberries and half a banana Snack - went to a birthday party and he had a cheese wrap, more berries and some croissant Lunch - slice of toast, one half with peanut butter and the other smashed avocado, rest of half an avocado and some roast chicken. Snack - other half of the banana and a carrot cake organix bar Dinner - homemade lasagne which had carrots and mushrooms, some lentils and mince beef, bit of garlic bread and Greek yoghurt. Breastfed on demand whenever he wanted! Bit more snacks today than he would Typically have on a day at home!

Example of today Breakfast - Porridge with plums and cinammon Snack - Spinach and apple pancakes with peanut butter Lunch - Toast with almond butter and raspberry chia jam Snack - Greek yoghurt with a frozen fruit mix defrosted and mixed in Dinner - Beef keema with rice

Breakfast: weetabix most days with fruit, sometimes I add mashed banana, or occasionally crumpet/pancake Snacks: yoghurt with banana and peanut butter, avocado on toast, cheese and crackers, rice cakes, breadsticks Lunch and dinner are essentially the same sort of thing just varied up: mac and cheese, broccoli and cream cheese pasta, tomato and cheese orzo, stew, cottage pie, mash sausage and beans

Oh it’s different every day. Depends who’s looking after him and what class or activity we have on that day. Today he wasn’t well Breakfast - ready break with a prune pouch mixed in. 2 crackers Snack - handful of naughts and os baby crisps Mid morning - 220mls cows milk Lunch - easy peeler, 1.5 chicken nuggets Bottle of milk Dinner- peas, bite of a fish finger, Yorkshire pudding, 2 smiley faces, and a packet of melon More milk The boy wasn’t well. I was just pleased he was eating something. Usually he has a ridiculous amount of fruit.

I’m guilty of my LO having 3/4 of the same meals every week 🫠 Breakfast is either, weetabix, porridge and banana, bananas oat pancakes, fruit and yogurt or scrambled egg & toast Lunch is normally either pesto pasta (at least once a week 😂), cream cheese sandwich, beans with cheese on toast or snacky bits like quiche and potatoes / avocado with chicken or salmon Dinner will be what we are having which is normally fish, mashed potatoes and veggies, veggie chilli and rice, pasta/risotto or curry/dahl and rice Snack is normally either fruit, babybel, yogurt, veggie crisps or oat bar/flapjack

Breakfast: 4oz milk and a weetabix blueberry & banana muffin, some melon and mango Snack: Fruit pouch Lunch: French stick, ham, scrambled egg, melon Snack: slice of banana bread, grapes Dinner: roast chicken, potatoes, broccoli, carrots, yoghurt and 4oz milk before bed

It’s always so different but today Breakfast: cheese and tomato omelette, watermelon, blueberries and yogurt Snack- some rice crackers and some organix cheese crackers Lunch- cream cheese sandwich with strawberries Snack- yogurt Dinner- chicken and tomato basil pasta Snack- strawberries and even more yogurt (he loves yogurt)
