Hummus Almonds Pretzels Guacamole and chips Cheese

Protein bars, protein shakes, coconut water, cashews, trail mix

I make a large pot of oatmeal for the week, it’s quick, and easy to heat up when I don’t have a lot of time to make something to eat. I usually top with sliced bananas, and PB fit for added protein.
