Home madr strawberry yogurt. However many strawberries you want, dice them up, mash em, add sour cream to your liking, add sugar to your liking, and boom done 👍
Bread/egg pudding
No bake cheesecakes, choose your own flavour. Eton mess (meringue, strawberries and cream). Fruit salad (boozy!).
Edible cookie dough- https://www.allrecipes.com/recipe/255365/edible-cookie-dough/ I will say I am lazy and don't heat treat my flour

Brownie mix brownies are easy and delicious
Apple crumble!
I've done cheat bread and butter pudding using premade custurd before (admittedly for me and not my baby as she's under 1)
My husband started making these pudding pies. He’d get a pie crust from the store, make some instant pudding and fill the pie and then top it with cool whip
Following because my husband doesn’t like cake and his birthday is this week 😂
A no bake cheesecake is easy and you can just stick it in the fridge to set! Or a mousse or something maybe?

Brownies from the box and add a handful or two of chocolate chips.
https://www.simplejoy.com/fudge-recipe/ I literally make this in the microwave. It’s delicious and you can add nuts, a peanut butter layer, raspberries or peppermint patties, really anything you want! It’s better than conventional fudge imo because it’s a smoother texture and if you use dark chocolate it’s not too sweet.
