I absolutely swear by the Polly Jean Antenatal formula from BirthJunkie.com, it's for in your 3rd trimester but it sometimes takes a while to deliver so ordering in 2nd trimester makes sure you have it in time. Also starting all of the yoga ball stretches 👍
sec trimester I just ended it and can already tell you it was the very best!!! My tips: build your routine for exercise, I recommend Pilates. Prepare nursery. And last but not least pregnancy massage (I do limphatic dreinage once a week and it’s been amazing). Enjoy second trimester!
