I second massages and a good chiropractor for sure. Additionally Epsom salt baths even if it’s for 5-8mins, do it! Slow vinyasa flow yoga, walks everyday helped me a lot. Acupuncture and cupping helped too. I was 38 and pregnant with my first at the time.
I was 40 with my first. The aches and pain were tough on me. From what I read it’s the body making relaxin to help your joints get flexible. Now I thought it’d get better after birth but no…. It took at least 6 months before my knees feel better. So just know that there is an end in sight. Pregnancy is tough on our bodies 🥲
Also worth mentioning; I was 23 with my first and the aches and pains were intense.. don't let yourself believe it's all because you're "older" ❤️ it's also tough at 39 but just saying it's tough in general 😂
Get yourself a belly band to help you with your pain.
