I’m planning to make a number of handheld breakfast-y things, and then easily reheatable dinner things. (Muffins/banana bread + zucchini bread/shepherd’s pie/lasagna/meatballs/bone broth/beef stew/macaroni + cheese/chicken parmesan)
I have incinveniently small freezer so I am focusing on freezer preps, rather than full meals. Chopped and frozen mixes for: omelettes, stir fries, soups.
Pasta bakes, fish pie, chilli con carne, sausage casserole, beef stew, soups.
Any meals you can eat one handed! I had veggie lentil cottage pie, bolognese, taco mince, lasagnes etc
