Maternity grant UK

I got the text on 18th Feb. Money is due to go in on Friday (7th March). I’ve heard nothing from them but Monzo tells me in advance what is due to be received so I can see it’s available from then

I didn’t receive a text that they have received my claim they just texted saying I will get my maturity grant within 5 days and it’s just gone in my bank today.

I sent it off about a month ago.

I had this with my first I got the money in my bank before I got a letter to say I was granted it not sure exactly when tho as it was in 2023 I did get it once she was 6 months old as I didn’t realise I could get it , also got maternity allowance too n got a big back payment on the day I had my little girl had that money in before I got my letters aswell think i applied for it about 35 weeks n had my lg at 39 so about 4 weeks for me t get it from when I applied
