@Natalie yeah, its not fun! Feels very difficult to juggle a different way of eating alongside all the other things 😩
My go to pretty much everyday is Philadelphia, crackers and tomatoes. You can vary toppings too and have as many or as little as you feel up to! Yoghurt and fruit is always a good one too!
Little and often! Ive taken to porridge for breakfast with cinnamon honey and bananas as it tends to keep me full till around lunch. Snack wise baby girl has had me craving sausage rolls since the start so my fridge always as those in lol. Nuts and dried fruit like banana chips are good too cause they almost feel like sweets x
Rice crackers with philly and different toppings. Or ill make a sandwich with just one piece of bread instead of 2.
I hormone snapped this to my partner last night when he suggested carbonara for dinner. I really need to start little and often as a full evening meal just ruins me! I’ve been making up pasta salads to keep in the fridge and snacking on that just a small bit at a time, and I made some blueberry scones which are nice as a sweeter but savoury snack. Then I have some sliced veg in a Tupperware like peppers, carrots, cucumber - and a weekly dip of choice (this week it’s tzatziki, last week it was garlic aioli vibe) - sometimes I’ll add a warmed up pita too. Owww now I’m hungry!
Im very much getting full and uncomfortable very fast! I feel like I need to do smaller meals more often.
