Cats and babies
Any advice on how to introduce cats and babies. I’ve got a British short hair ginger baby boy and my daughter 3 weeks old. He sometimes jumps into her basket when she’s not in there, otherwise he will put his paws in when she’s in there and sniff her, sometimes not interested at all. I’m afraid he feels left out and will resent her. Any tips ?

@Afsana my cat is 17lb and climbed all over my baby trying to get cuddles when he was asleep haha they’re a lot more hardy than they seem! It’s good if he’s already head butting her, just keep doing what you’re doing mama!🥰
Hi thank you! @Bethaney today he did head but her at one point so I guess it’s a good sign. Just worried incase he accidentally hurts her by jumping on her etc. His super active, always had the zoomies and jumping around and just nervous that one of his jumps will land on her, and we only keep them in separate rooms at night so I can get some sleep 😴 hopefully over the next few weeks it gets better.
