@Kaliyah awwww!! That’s so cool! That’s about the same with my son! Overtime he will instinctively know how to get in the crawling position. My son caught his fall and used the other arm to make sure he wouldn’t fall and figured it out. Not to mention, I put the remote on the side of him. He likes to try to put the remote and everything else in his mouth 😂
@Darlisa lmao mine does too!! he loves the remotes. he loves to chew on my arms but he’s got two teeth so that’s a no😭
My son is 6 months today and not sitting yet while my older one was sitting at this point. He falls forward when you try to make him sit so we are just practicing that.
Our sons have the same birthday!!! My son is sitting unassisted like this and I just felt his first bottom tooth poke through his gums yesterday!!
@Kaliyah 😂😂😂 I don’t see any teeth from my baby yet for some odd reason
@Elle he will get it when you least expect it. Everyone is different
@Lexi sweet! That’s so cool. I don’t know why my baby doesn’t have teeth yet
@Darlisa It just came outta nowhere! He chomped down on my friend’s forearm and she felt it! 😂 I can still barely even see it!
@Darlisa it’s totally normal i have a friends who’s little girl didn’t get her first tooth until she was 10 months
Any advice to help with sitting. My twins will be 6 months on the 9th, but they were born almost 3 weeks early, still, we are no where near sitting unassisted and it is frustrating them.
My daughter is 5 months & 10 days & she is officially sitting unassisted even though she’s been trying for a couple months lol. It’s only for a few minutes & then she kinda looses her balance & falls over but I’m so proud of her!
As for crawling when she does tummy time she moves backwards but nothing forward yet lol
@Kaliyah I literally read that somewhere on my google quest lol I was like, that’s good because I want to continue breastfeeding so I don’t have to really experience the biting! 😂
@Chris that’s how it started with my son towards the end of 4 month but I just keep trying now he can sit unassisted from like 10 minutes until her gets excited and falls back

@Darlisa ugh the biting is the worse. mine has done it a few times to me
My daughter made 6 months on the 29th. She has been sitting up by herself for about a month now. So she’s doing great with that. Her belly time is mostly her swimming and getting frustrated bcz she doesn’t want to b on her belly. She isn’t even trying to crawl. I’ll bring her up onto her hands and knees and she’ll stay like that for about 20 seconds maybe before she slides down onto her belly and starts swimming and wining. She also hardly ever rolls from belly to back and back to stomach.
@Bounette my son has been doing the same thing. Swimming during tummy time and I found it you put something they want (such as our remote) he would get distracted by the fact that he is on his stomach and instead try scouting towards the object. Lol
my son will be 6 months on the 9th and has been sitting unassisted for almost 2 weeks. he’s been trying so hard to crawl but we haven’t figured out what to do with our arms yet lol
