@Irene thank you . I definitely will keep eating clean and will try to stay active. I’m currently working full time but will try to adequate to get some time to exercise. Thank you for your advice 🙏
I agree with Irene! Now's the time to just focus on nutrition and movement/exercises that feel good. It's okay to lose some weight during pregnancy, but it shouldn't be a goal right now. Try to focus on how you feel. If you end up having to go off your routine or preferred diet due to nausea or smell-related symptoms, give yourself grace to just eat and do what you can, and know that you'll be able to puck up your routine later.

Aww congratulations!! Idk about losing weight but I’m sure you can continue with your healthy lifestyle even if it’s a few times a week staying active like walking and eating Whole Foods instead of fast foods and soda helped me to not gain as much weight with my second baby! I only lost 5-10 lbs in my first trimester because of my bad nausea and vomiting but eventually later in pregnancy gained it back
