Did this happen to you?

So I’m 11 mo PP and I’ve missed my period for 2 months in a row. I’m not pregnant (tested myself and went to my OBGYN to confirm). I had gotten it back in November, December, and February…obviously I’m sure it’s just a hormonal imbalance, but my husband and I want to start trying for baby #2 and I’m getting discouraged/nervous. I’m such an anxious person so I of course went to Dr. Google and looked at a couple reasons why and they were mostly not great scenarios….so I’m just wondering if this has happened to anyone else and did you eventually get your period back? Thanks for reading…I know it’s a bit lengthy😅

Are you breastfeeding?

@Kira nope! And not pumping either

I am 40 now and late 30s when trying for baby number 2 and seemed like I was hitting perimenopause. I did intermittent fasting and changed my diet to eliminate sugar and got pregnant right away after a few months on that program. Just anecdotal but it’s what worked for me

Yes, this happened to me too. I am 10 months PP, and got my period back after 6 months. Had it consistently with a regular cycle for 3 months, but haven’t had one now for the past 2 cycles (and am not pregnant either). We are also wanting to try for baby #2, but not sure how to navigate if the cycle is not completely regular.

Oh, I had this between my first and second. You just need to get on a regular schedule. Raspberry leaf tea is extremely helpful for your uterus. So, I would start drinking that. When I did that back in 21' my cycle became regular in like 3mo

I’m struggling with the same thing right now!

My twin and I was both inconsistent with our periods and we are both currently pregnant lol. So I wouldn't stress too much over it 😅😂

Also on the other hand I have never tracked my ovulation cycle or anything. I just have unprotected sex and then boom a baby came 🤣🤣
