Our beautiful baby boy flew into the world last night at 8lb 1oz after just over an hour of labour and a total of 5 minutes of pushing 🤍🥰
Even quicker than his sister’s 4 hour labour!

@atosa not sure I have any advice, my body just did its own thing lol I did drink raspberry leaf tea with both fast labours so god knows if that’s what has helped me Good luck!! X
@Nicole i bought raspberry leaf tea but aim having only one cup a day. Is that enough you reckon? Xx

@atosa first time round I did the up to three cups. This time I did one every other day or so because I really just can’t stand the taste lol
