Bananas

How many bananas do your toddlers eat a day?! And how many is too many?? My 14 month old will eat at least three bananas a day (amongst other food) and I’m just hoping some others are the same!

Mine does one a day sometimes if I am outside all together two but I stopped for now and giving other stuff and my baby still will eat banana besides everything but not obsessed if you keep giving her she will eat as much as she can cause banana is something babies loves when they are full

Yup mine would eat about the same. More if I gave her more. At least it's fruit and not an unhealthy snack is the way I see it so I just keep giving them to her 🤷‍♀️

I've started limiting bananas as she would happily eat so many. It's the only food she always asks for! She has had days where she will eat 3. I think the potassium level isn't the best to give them loads of bananas that's why I try to limit it to one a day.

1 a day as she would happily eat a whole bunch if she could 😂 x

Most days I give the boy a banana. He’ll usually eat 2/3 of it.

2 a day every day. Only food he actually asks for! ‘Nana’ 🍌

I only give one per day. I’m sure she would eat more if I offered but I dont want her eating too much of one thing

We eat 1.5 a day. She always has 1 but then asks for another. I get her a second but then will only give half and give the other half to my son

Google says a baby would have to have 800mg of potassium to overdose and a banana contains 27mg. Not sure if thats true or not but if it is that's reassuring!
