We do Breakfast - 7am ish Snack - 10am ish Lunch - 12pm Snack - 3pm ish Dinner - 5pm Milk at bedtime - 7pm
We are still on 2 naps so we do Wake 7ish and 4/5oz cows milk Breakfast 8am Nap 10-11 Snack 11:15 Lunch 12:30 Nap 2:30-4 Snack 4:15 Dinner 6 Milk 7 then bed
I do: Milk 7am Breakfast 8am Big snack 10.30 ish, eg bowl of yoghurt and mashed banana Nap around 11.45 for up to 2 hour Lunch 2 or so Snack 3.30 Dinner 5.45 Small bowl of porridge around 7.15 Milk and bed 7.45/8 That probably sounds like loads but the meals themselves arent huge like breakfast is one weetabix and a few berries. The afternoon snack would be something like a small pancake or half a banana
