No added salt no. Pepper and any other seasonings are fine. I use an italian seasoning blend a lot. Definitely don’t add salt to anything x

My baby just turned 1 so I now let him try small bites of things with added salt here and there but it will not be part of his meals. Before the age of 1 is not recommended because their kidneys are still developing.

No. I didn't until she was 2. As she's in daycare and they would have more flavor then

Seasonings yes, but not salt.

Seasonings can be good to help baby explore different flavours but added salt is bad for their little kidneys

We did a low amount of salt for flavour until age 1, but don't really add a lot of salt to our food anyway so we haven't missed it. Seasonings depend on what it is. I'll do milf chili or curry because my kid doesn't like too much, but other flavours we are liberal with.

I use seasonings all the time, but not salt

I was so strict with my first on salt intake and would make a separate portion just for him. Now with 2 kids, i aint got time for that. I dont salt my food a lot to begin with but i do put salt. I give my baby the same food were eating and we generally add salt to our own plate if needed.

So when I cook I don’t use a lot of salt in general because I don’t like salty food. He has had the same table food as everyone else including seasoning since he was 9 months.

She has some salt because she eats the same food we do. We just don't add much salt to anything anyway. But definitely other seasonings. This child likes FLAVOR. She hated anything bland, never did baby food, prefers gouda to Mozzarella, green olives to black, etc. Can't have too much flavor

I never specifically added salt but was never cautious with stock cubes etc.

Baby no, but toddler is having a small amount yes!
