Like if your paying rent etc they pay you more

It is calculated per week not monthly so maybe it is the pay of the last 2 weeks minus national insurance?

Sounds like about 2 weeks… as above count the weeks rather than months

What date did you start your mat leave on? I started mine halfway through the month, for example, so my last payment was half the normal (ouch lol)
