LPN
Does anyone here in Vegas have an LPN license? I’m looking for someone that obtain a license here in Vegas meaning you went to school here and you obtained your license. I am interested in the program, but I’m having a really hard time finding a school out here that’s very decent to attend. It seems like no one in Vegas is offering the program. I’ve checked out Las Vegas College to be honest. I am very big on reviews and I just could not go through with it at Las Vegas College, I also found out that the CSN campus on Charleston also offers the program, but they are wanting you to be a CNA first before you can enroll into their LPN program so I just wanted to get some insight from someone here or maybe someone you know.

I got my LPN at Las Vegas college 2 years ago it was a fast program it’s 15 months but I did 12 months. Go to them ask to talk to Dr. Gray
And no CNA required
@Rose I seen they offered it but I couldn’t get past their reviews 🤦🏽♀️ but I’m reconsidering. What was your school schedule like?
Las Vegas college rating ruin because of our last Head of the school she quit before i graduated Dr. Gray is amazing they work with you and it’s very flexible

I’m in the RN program at CSN and I feel like this is the best possible program for CNA’s and LPN’s. I was an EMT first and then started the RN program but I know a lot of students that got their LPN at CSN and bridged to their RN program. Becoming a CNA prior to LPN is important in my opinion because it will teach the basics of the nursing model and patient care! I would avoid all private institutions because going that much into debt for an LPN license isn’t worth it at all. CSN is inexpensive, well organized (for the most part) and will give you a solid foundation and relationship with admin if you decide to further your education later down the road!!
