Cream for cake

I’m literally just making a cake now! I’m making it up as I go along. No sugar for us, so using cream cheese, they love it, so I’m sure it’ll go down well on top of their cake. I’ve added a little organic vanilla extract.

Cream cheese, butter, vanilla essence. Added freeze-dried strawberries/blueberries (crushed into powder) for sweetness/colour.x
