I wear a fitbit watch and according to it I’ve been clocking in exercise minutes every day just doing normal things like unloading a dishwasher as it apparently increases my heart rate enough 😅 I tried going on a few short walks but I’m already quite slow and get tired rather quickly… hoping for energy boost in 2nd trimester!
I am 10 weeks and on the days I feel ok I make sure I at least get out for a walk. I find the fresh air (particularly when cold) can help with the nausea x
I’m 12 weeks and only manage walks and work. But even that was a massive struggle around 6-9 weeks
I am 11 weeks and very very tired. I have no physical or mental energy for anything at all. I force myself to work and eat and then I waste time online in news and videos to forget about how a feel. My house is on top of the hill and each day I struggle more and more when coming back from work, I never even noticed this hill before! Really hoping the energy and motivation will come back soon x
I’m also only 6 weeks so I’m just like WTH this isn’t me at all
