If u haven't already just try them in wheat and find out and get it out of they way try it 3 days in a row. All CMPA babies r at risk for all being more allergic to wheat, Soy, gluten, barely, eggs, strawberries, nuts, peanuts, oats. Just get it out of the way the quicker u expose them to allergens the less likely they will be allergic, even if they get an initial rash after having it still try it tye next day and the next because there body can get over it if ur consistent. Obviously this is not the same advice if they have a really bad reaction like anaphylaxis, trouble breathing, screaming in agony, throwing up blood, pooping blood, distended abdomen. If they have minor reactions u can keep trying it it will just be there body getting use to it. My son broke out in a rash first time he had pear but I tried it again n next time he was fine, perseverance is key, don't let allergens scare u x
@Willow thank you! The dietitian told us to hold off introducing allergens as he was screaming and straining after I was trying most things so it was hard to determine whether it was an allergy or just trying to digest the food!
