Going back in 2 weeks :( I'm sad but also a small part of me is ready for a new chapter xx
I’m going back in may so got about 6 weeks left I think. This is my second baby and although leaving them is hard, I actually felt like I really valued the time wi the them more. Plus going to work actually felt like a break 😂 nursery has been brilliant for my eldest x
@Kirsty yeah that’s true is he going into nurserys?
@Elena aww that’s nice ☺️
@Anna that’s good ! Is your little one going nursery?
I got back tomorrow full time. However I'm WFH and she will be with me full time too. I've got her grand parents taking her to groups twice a week on my behalf so she can still get social interaction with other babies. Also never left her with anyone either, so very nervous
@aria that’s so lovely your little one can be off with you the whole time! I would love to find a job to allow me to do this! Aww yeah it’s still a lot of change! I’m sure it will be lovely to be with her grandparents 🥰
I’ll be going back full time at the end of April. We have no help so she will be in nursery full time five days a week xx
@Charlotte aww are you finding it hard?
I go back in June, so baby will be going to nursery 4 full days a week. Although, she will be getting her funded hours from April, so will be going for 2 afternoons a week until I go back to work
Not as much as I thought I would, I’ve arranged with work to have a day off each week until September which will ease me back in. But I worked full time once my older girl hit 2.5 yrs so I am used to a child being in nursery and actually for development I feel like it’s really good for them. I work from home most of the time too which makes it feel less daunting going back! Xx
He's going to a childminder 3 X per week and then with my mum 2 days until he's settled in the childminders (might need to up days then or me reduce hours, I'm going to see how it is). My eldest went to a nursery and my middle went to a childminder and both thrived so I keep reminding myself it's all going to be ok xx
@Rebecca aww lovely! I didn’t know you could get funding unless you have already started back at work. I thought you had to start before the 30th of April to get funding
@Kirsty that’s nice! Nice at your mum is having your little one 2 days a week! That’s good you’ve already had children and you know that it does get better! I just can’t imagine not being with him five days a week it’s so sad

@Charlotte that’s nice that you’re going to have a day off each week until September! It’s so hard for me to think that it’s going to be okay from being a nursery because I’ve just loved being off with him and I’ve literally never let anyone look after him other than my husband
@Elena is your little one nursery?
