My boy is the same. I use pouches when we're out and about and he'll eat them, cold, without a fuss but meals are home mostly end up on the floor. Definitely worse whilst teething though
I’ve started putting my LGs food on her little table and she can come and go from it as she pleases. I just think they don’t wonna be in one place for too long and strapped down so her table is next to all of her toys and she’ll eat a bit then play then eat a bit and so on. I’ve got her a little chair to go with the table for her birthday but there’s no use giving it to her now there’s no way she’ll stay sitting in it😂it’s quite nice sometimes she prefers it at the coffee table and she’ll stand in front of me eating her breakfast and we’ll have little chats x
Yes we’re going through it, have been since he was 9 months old he’s now 11 and a half months. Tbh with you I’ve tried everything and the only thing that works is letting him watch something and not putting the table part on the chair. As soon as I put the table part on it’s like world war 3. Either that or I let him sit on the floor so he isn’t strapped in anywhere but close the kitchen door so he can’t go anywhere else. I try to encourage him to sit still but it’s like talking to a brick wall😭😂. Do you have the option with your highchair to put the seat on a chair at the table? That helped us but he kicked so hard against the table the chair went on the floor with him strapped onto it so just be careful if you do x
