Pip before pregnancy leave
I am based in London and I had my yearly performance review and they decided to put me on a performance improvement plan (pip) for when I return from mat leave..i am so lucky as I will leave for mat leave in 2 weeks. I think I would have been fired in a few months otherwise...
Anyone experienced this and how was the pip after you came back to work.
The reality is that your head won't be in the game when you return from mat leave. If they are already looking to get you out then they'll find loads of reasons when you get back. If you feel you've been put on pip because of your pregnancy then contact pregnant then screwed. I'd be looking for a new job whilst on mat leave!
