Help - meal inspiration required

I need ideas/suggestions for easy healthy snacks and lunches for 12 month old. I'm heavily reliant on shop bought snacks at the moment as I'm struggling to find things she will eat. She LOVES her berries and will eat these all day long, banana can be hit and miss, she won't entertain any other fruit. I'm resorting to toast or crumpets A LOT and feel like she is just consuming way too much bread. She's resistant to veg and won't really eat it unless I hide it very very well in food I don't have a lot of time to cook things in advance, and I can't easily make things on the day as she is so clingy and won't let me be in the kitchen without screaming her head off so I'm feeling a bit stuck.

My go to snack is energy balls which I batch cook (in seriously 5 minutes) weekly. I use chopped oats, peanut butter, chia seeds, banana, and vanilla. Mix it up and let it set in fridge for 30 minutes, then portion into bite size pieces and it stores for 5 days at least! It’s filling and full of good fats and fiber!

@Lindsey ooh thank you for this. I bet my daughter would love that.

It’s basically this https://www.mjandhungryman.com/no-bake-oatmeal-balls. I really like a lot of stuff on this site

Have you tried blending fruit yogurt then freezing in blobs? You get these yummy frozen discs that my LO LOVES? She can eat 15 of them 😂
