I do that and I make sure I get 2000+ calories a day. Thanks for the reply @Sarah
In your blood work were any of these taken into consideration: - vitamin b’s, c & d - thyroid function - magnesium Because these can all cause excessive fatigue. Are you getting enough sleep & water?
@Sharnee b's and d looked good. I'll have to check c. Tsh was good but mad they didn't do a full panel I'll see if they will and didn't check magnesium. I'm getting good sleep just have trouble falling asleep and I wake up sometimes frequently to breastfeed. Water I make sure I get at least 120oz with electrolytes.
I did get a sleep study referral so maybe that will show something.
@Kiera aww sorry to hear that, hopefully with a full panel & the sleep study you’ll get some answers. I’ve been chronically fatigued for a loooong time and it sucks.
did they look at your ferritin levels when they checked for iron?
Make sure you're still taking a prenatal and eating enough protein! I feel so so drained when I don't have enough. Nuts, yogurt, cheese, meats, protein shakes are all good options. There's also a brand called Kodiak that has pancake mix and oatmeal and granola that's super high in protein.
