Pump sterilisation
Hi mums, I am a first time mum and very exhausted just by washing n sterilising breast pump and its parts after each use.
Pls share how you manage this, i am aware that pump needs to be sterilised once in 24 hrs but i am very anxious and do it after every use

@Sarah thanks Sarah and how can we dry it ?? As far as i am aware it should be completely dry
I just let the parts air dry on a clean tea towel next to the bowel or shake them out.
I did it after every use especially in the early days. I just made sure I had extra pump parts to make it easier on the washing up.
I have a bowl by the sink with water in it and a Milton tablet. I just throw them in after use and then when I need them take them back out again. Works for everything, dummies and teats. Milton is the easiest low maintenance way.
