Yes just make sure you let them know in time! I ended up extending to using the whole year and then 2 months of annual leave to have 14 months off
@MIA❤️🔥 I get to work from home 2 days a week. Not sure how that will turn out as well. I’m thinking I won’t be able to show her full attention 😢. But also I don’t want to risk losing my job.they also have a rule that u Can request a minimum of six months. I would also probably have to apply for cash assistance 🫤
oh wfh is nice! hm yeah idk im sure its hard to work and watch little one at the same time. ah that sounds like a lot of annoying work… idk do what your heart tells you!!!
@MIA❤️🔥 lol yeah Im still exploring the childcare options I’ll figure it out 😭
I did 🙂 I originally planned to go back after like 10 months, but I then told them I wanted a year (plus carried over AL). They were fine about it, as afterall i was entitled to it
im going back at 9 months. originally i thought i would go back sooner like when baby was 6/7 months but i wasn’t ready so extended my leave. you’re only going back 3 days a week? or you have childcare for 2 days and need to fill the other 2 so you can go back 5 days? do you need to go back financially or for job security?
