4th pregnancy and I definitely completely forgot how terrible it is in the first trimester 😂 so there's some hope it won't haunt you forever, 12 weeks now and feeling a bit back to myself and needing naps less
I've been up all night, I attempted to go to bed at 11 and still not a wink of sleep. It's 6am here where I'm from.
I feel lied to 🤣 being told there would be nausea and sickness was just an understatement.... its more like food poisoning but instead of it lasting 1 day its months of it! Non stop!
@Az hahahaha, yessss. Luckily for me no actual vomiting, but feels like a non stop really bad hangover! haha
Completely agree! You hear about the ‘morning’ sickness and being tired but the level of tiredness is unreal and the nausea lasts all day. Plus I just don’t feel like myself and so uncomfortable in my own skin, it’s so hard to explain to my husband!
First trimester is the worst! Take unisom sleep aid it also helps w nausea! Only thing that got me through insomnia in the 3rd trimester. Second trimester is much better. I felt the most normal honestly in the third but maybe that was because i stopped working the month before
