You can freeze curries, chilli, etc (just the sauce bit). Lasagne. Soups you can freeze too.
I froze a batch of lasagna, batch of beef casserole, sweet and sour chicken, Chicken casserole, ate beans on toast most of the time 🤣 filled freezer with other bits like fish fingers and had fish fingers chips and beans etc, cheese toasties x
I'd also recommend breakfast burritos or muffins or something for brekkie as that was often the hardest meal to get - frozen bagels ANYTHING!!!
U can buy aluminum foil trays to make things like lasagna in so can go straight in the oven and save washing up too. I did some lasagna, cottage pie, curries, chilling. Also got some nice pasties and cook in uk do good meals and discount for new parents.
I froze chilli, bolognaise, lasagne and two different curries (I made four of each, for two people). I also had pies and fishcakes in the freezer that we could just throw in the oven.

Chilli con carne - so easy to make huge batches of and freezes well. Plus can add guacamole, cheese or other bits so it's varied. We just made rice/pasta/potatoes on the day!
