My girl is almost 5 months and is sitting up with support, acts like she wants our food, and holds her head up. I keep telling her just a little bit longer and she gets so mad đ
. She has a doctorâs appointment tomorrow and I am going to ask about starting purĂ©es at 5 months. Anyone else in a similar boat?

Our doctor gave us the go ahead at 4months based on his weight. I was waiting closer to 5 months to start purées also.
Our LO was the same way.. We started purees at 4 months 2weeks

My lo is almost 5 months in 1 week. We just started him on puree. His pediatrician gave us the go-ahead, and as long as we felt comfortable giving puree. I would mention it to your pediatrician, they might have a different option.
