Soya yosgurt

Has anyone tried soya yoghurts for little ones when weaning? I’ve bought one from lidls and dont know why I’m scared even though it’s got no milk 🤣🫣

My little boy has had alpro soya yoghurt and been absolutely fine! I was anxious too bcos soya is an allergen but thankfully he was fine. Hope your little one is too🙏

Ah thank u for reassurance , hopefully he is ❤️

We haven’t as my lo has a soya allergy as well as CMPA (quite common with CMPA babies to react to soya as well). We use coconut yoghurt by Asda or coconut collaborative company instead 😊

We use Alpro yogurts which my little girl loves. You can either get plain one and add fruit yourself or get the flavoured ones. We’ve never had a reaction to soya. There’s also free from in Tesco the fromage fraise I think they are called x

I tried once and it upset her belly similar to her cmpa so I’ve been giving coconut ones instead. I do need to try soya again though to confirm it was actually that but I’ve been putting it off 🙈

Are these the big pots? I've been unable to find them in our lidl for a while but for us soya is fine thankfully

I've used Alpro Greek in the past and now use Tesco DF Greek as it's got iodine in it which the Alpro doesn't.
