I have a 2 month old. It’s hard to set a routine during the day because his naps and feed times are based on his need. I just focus on a consistent night time routine with bath time, tummy rubs, feeding, and low light. The routine starts roughly around 8pm give or take an hour.
I found that hard to do, I couldn’t put my baby on a schedule until after 3-4 months old
Moms of Call! Their schedules made my baby sleep through the night at 2 months!
@Kara did you find the schedules thru the books? Or podcast? Had to hire a consultant?
@Priyanka I bought the 0-6 month book. It has the schedules and a ton of other helpful info. But, if you don't want to buy the book, if you Google the moms on call schedule and go to images, you can find it there too! I adjust the times to work better for my schedule but keep the layout the same. I believe they recommend putting the baby down at like 7-7:30 and waking up at 7 but we wake up at like 9 and put down at 9.
@Kara Thank you!! Will have to try that.
At one month I was doing I think 2-3oz per 2-3 hrs and she slept in between feedings. At 2 she went up to 3-4oz every 3-4hrs. At 3 she started sleeping through the nights and is doing 6oz every night and 4-6 during the day every 3-4hrs
Hey @Akila no hard and fast schedule for us. I just follow my son’s cues.
No such thing for us! Every day depends on baby's sleep and hunger cues when they are that young
